The 9 elephants released in Hwange National Park are showing positive signs of getting comfortably re-habituated. The last few weeks, they have been exploring their habitat in a much wider area than the previous months  since their release! If you have not read about the event already, see  www.elephantswithoutborders.org/collaborations.php

We recently received some wonderful photos of one of our collared elephants, sent in to us by David Dugmore of Meno A Kwena Tented Camp off the Boteti river. He reports that CH37, known as “Naledi” is swimming daily amongst bull friends. Thanks, David!
Naledi is one of the elephant ambassadors we share with the San Diego Zoo and report on him on Project Elephant Footprints.
